You don't always have to use a whole bottle.

Sometimes 1/4 is enough for most people.

The whole bottle is for cleaning out the intestine for X-ray exams and other tests.

"Sometimes 1/4 is enough for most people."

Yes that's true. I should of said that.
That is another side effect of this wonderful semi-functional brain.

"The whole bottle is for cleaning out the intestine for X-ray exams and other tests." Or if your badly plugged up and in severe pain. Like I was when I went to the ER.

You could consider taking a magnesium supplement long term for a host of other benefits, as it is vital for every cells' function, and typically 70-80% of us don't have enough of it.
Best thing ever for muscle aches and pains, and migraine sufferers report success with it also.
I take mag chloride in water, and it keeps me regular.

I've found that walking every day helps me stay regular. Moves the insides, helps everything make its way down the chute.
