Hello,
I am with you on the fatigue. I have chronic pain in neck, head, back and left leg. I totally know what you mean. Today, I had such a hard time just taking a shower. Now I need to rest for hours. It is ridiculous. I just found out from the neurologist that I have a sleep disorder too so even when I do sleep I am not getting REM sleep and having seizures. Not to mention pain waking me up. I feel pretty insane today. Did you have an accident? Did you hit your head? Did you go to a neurologist? Do you have days where you can't concentrate on anything? Just thought I would say hi and let you know you are not alone. I am sorry you are suffering. |
