Default Vitamin D Level

My vitamin D level test shows the following. The doctor said the result is correct. Your opinion please?

Vitamin D, 1, 125 (OH) 2, Total 49 Range 18-72 pg/ml
Vitaming D3, 1, 25 (OH) 2 49
Vitaming D2, 1, 25 (OK) 2 <8


Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy Total 60.2 range 30.1-100.0 mg/ml

Vitaming D Status 25 OH Vitamin D total result
defficiency < 20 ng/mL
insufficient 20-30 ng/mL
sufficiency 30-100 ng/mL
toxicity > 100 ng/mL
