Default inner thigh/groin pain{help}

Hi everyone
I wasn't sure where to put this question,so i came here.
For the last 3 days i have had pretty bad pain on my inner thigh/groin
area.

I have tried resting and ultram/ibuprofen to no avail!!!!
When i push on the area it feels tender -but doesn't make me jump
outta my skin-so to speak.

I have done some pretty heavy cleaning the past few weeks-the last time was just over a week ago..{washing walls,moving furniture}
Since i started on lyrica ,i have had a soar in energy!!

Up until 3 days ago,i only did general{vacuuming, dusting and laundry}

I have no burning or tingling,just constant throbbing from my groin area to right at the knee on the inside only.
I don't have it on the right side..

I have MAJOR doctor bills right now and i can't just go anytime i think i should.
I check everything out first.
So,i am hoping someone here has had this and can tell me what i can do for it.
Thanks in advance~
Kell
