Default Pain in the inner thigh

I'm so glad that I found this website. Last night I had the worst pain in my inner left thigh. I went up and down my inner thigh from the groin to the knee. It went back and forth. It felt like someone was in my leg squeezing my muscle from my groin to my knee and from my knee back to my groin over and over again. I had never experienced that and I was scared to death. I knew it couldn't be PAD, but I couldn't think of what it could be. I thought maybe a blood clot moving? I never had issues with blood clots. I don't even know if you can feel them moving. My inner thigh is sore. Is that a muscle spasm?
Scared to lay down tonight.

24 y/o male here! EXACT AS THESE SYMPTOMS ABOVE!

Couple years ago developed shingles in my spine. Blisters, pain, passes.
Spine senstive to the touch still.

Back pain persisted since...

More recently, months, pains in left groin area, ice pick pain.

Then after a few months of that, along with urinary issues, slight issues, BAM groin pain shoots down left leg into knee, almost like a knee rip but it's so sensitive, shooting.

PLEASE ANYONE who has gotten information on this, let me know. I joined just for this.
