1. lower abdomen on either side, underwear will hold it in place unless you wear a thong.
2. on your back shoulder area, especially if you have someone who can help put it there, but not where the bra strap will rub. shoulder blade area
3. under the upper arm, you know where the fat sorta hangs down on older ladies (sorry if you are an older lady or have fat arms, no offense meant)
4. upper thigh, but if you wear tight jeans this is not a good spot
5. upper buttocks jsut above the butt area kinda where nurses give shots, but below waistband of pants.
6. or on your arms, most people just assume it is a patch to quit smoking
