Default Washington state pain doctor?

My girlfriend has RSD / CRPS. I made a post in that section. *admin edit*

Short version on this board is she is in chronic pain, and hoping for a better doctor. Does anyone know of a good chronic pain doctor in Washington state that has experience with RSD/CRPS?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
