Default Shingles and Lyrica Withdrawal

Hello, my mother got the shingles around 2 months ago. The doctor prescribed Lyrica for the pain which was very intense. She took Lyrica for around a month and stopped taking it around a week ago. She still has the shingles at final stage. No more peelings. She stopped taking it because she had some heart beat issues. She described it as heart racing. Anyway, this issue was resolved in less than two days. The problem that she is having is withdrawal symptoms. Itching and flu like symptoms. She also told me she cannot get a good night sleep. She wakes up every couple of hours. The lack of sleep makes her very anxious. How long will this last? Also, is it possible that those symptoms are from the shingles and not withdrawal. She took 75g Lyrica pills on a daily basis (one 75mg pill every day). Is there anything I can do to help her sleep better. Thanks for any help you can give me. I really feel sad I cannot do anything to help her.
