Default I'm from the old BT

I'm under a new name, don't know if you remember me, but I have lupus, sjogrens, Raynauds, Rheumatoid Arthritis, osteoarthritis, cervical ddd(two fusions C5-6, C6-7 one in 2004/ and the other 2006/), now I'm suffering from lower lumbar ddd, two disks, hemangiomas on thoracic vertebrae, and some kine of marrow issue that was just noted on an MRI of my thoracic this will be determined hopefully soon.
I've had too many surgeries in my life, from carapal tunnel, ulnar nerve, trigger fingers, cervical disks, and now I deal with chronic pain from all of this, the most currently being my lower back.
I'm scheduled to undergo injections of my lumbar area in July.

I just miss communicating with others that deal with CP, and know what it's like to live day in and day out with this pain.
I'm on Plaquenil, evoxac, norvasc(only in winter months for raynauds), oxycontin hcl 10mg 2x a day, oxycontin hcl 5mg 3x a day, topamax(migraines), and other pain meds for breakthrough migraine prevention cannot think of the names right now.

So I thought I'd pop on over here, and hopefully join you all.
Nice to see some familiar names.

Hi I think I remember you! Oh you have so much going on! Poor thing!
How are you dealing with everything? How have you been beyond these new diagnoses?
Welcome to the CP board!

Thank for the welcome Fiberowendy, I remember you, at times it's been a struggle, my last operation was this past fall and I was pain free until January of this year and believe me I enjoyed every minute of it cause I didn't know when the next round would hit, and boy! did it hit, and it's not leaving me alone. If it weren't for my family I would have gone crazy by now, they keep me going, but there are days where I just feel like going into a hole and never coming out.
It'll be nice chatting with you and the other.

Thanks Abbie, yes I've been a member for awhile, but just didn't post, I went through a period of just not wanting to talk to people, and a lot of pain and doctors appointments and tests, that it all got to me emotionally, I still get waves of feelings like no one understands, living with pain on a day-to-day basis is difficult for people to understand unless they themselves are going through it, so that's why I've got to get back into the swing of things and meet all of you cause I know that you are all in this just like I am.
I'll definitely be around.

Smile Hi DaisyMae!

Yes, I was a member of the old BT, as were many of the members here. But I decided to change my name as well. I was Autowizard back then, but that sounds like a foreign name to me now. I hope you find it a nice place here, and I see you around. Good luck and best wishes...
