Default MSM and Many Types of Pain

I have been taking higher doses of MSM for over 5 yrs. 1 tsp at least 3 times per day in distilled water. I can FEEL pain easing in my body after drinking my MSM drink. I own the book The Miracle of MSM. A person on an RA group told us about the higher dosing some years ago. I would not be without it.

If you plan to take it, start lower and work up. It helps my bodywide pain. Keeps my pain meds to a lower dose.
