Default Golden Milk for joints, arthritis, bone pain

I just started a yoga class and several of the folks complained of bone and joint pain ( this was a class for cancer patients).

The teacher suggested we drink Golden Milk which is made with turmeric.
It has antiinflammatory properties.

Here is an article and a good video on Golden Milk.
This doc in this video also said you can just make the turmeric paste and use it any way you want, in yogurt, smoothies, by the spoonful, etc.
I am just starting it....will let you know how it goes.

My best,
