I have 2 MRI's that read somewhat like yours except for cervical issues. I have OA in my neck but I keep moving it.

Did you have an accident or is long time coming on.

My back issues started at 18 and I got thru my life with chiro, osteopath, massage, PT, exercise and stretching etc....lots of supplements starting about 25 yrs ago and no back surgery. Hip replacement in 2010 that left me with many issues I deal with now 5 yrs post op and ongoing.

You have a lot of issues going on and so do I but somehow I've stayed away from surgeries, except hip job....and often think, what if I hadn't done it. I'd be limping, but I do enough limping and more and had major surgery.

So one has to make decisions on how best to manage.
