Question What's a stenosis?

I've called my doctor 4 times and asked that question. Still no answer. I said it on my record.

All I can say is I ended up with so much traumas and complications from hip replacement at 72....one complication has been spinal stenosis. I've done a lot of acupuncture from a rheumatologist I went to a few yrs ago and then a PT who works with stenosis issues. I'ts improved but it will probably be an issue forever. I do daily exercises and stretches which include those for spinal stenosis .. body does not like to be cut up. My campaign NOW is don't do surgery unless totally necessary/emergency ...

Now I'm also doing all to save my messed up knee also worse from hip surgery....
