Hi im experiencing those annoying pains over whole body since 2008 but mostly on feet and legs, it could be on belly, back, arms too but less common. Seems like sunburn in feet, but other sensations too.
It was pain for lets say 2 months and then go since the beggining (just on legs) but the last 12 months was on more parts or more intensity. The problem came back like an "explosion" and since then it go just for days.
Mi tests came done by the years came back all negative (mri, blood works, many emg with ncs) just QST came negative but is a weird test what needs properly colaboration of the patient. If i do all the rest test like biopsy antibodies and etc and all came negative it means that the pain is psychogenic/depression/anxiety?
I had a history of tongue biting for anxiety for so long now, acne , cold patches in legs insomnia depression.
I dont know the last two but the first it could be clearly anxiety disorder. But something when i get those pains i didnt feel anxious. But with tongue sometimes i wake up with pain and i tough i had a great day, the day before. So maybe is just all anxeiety psychosomatic and insconscius??
maybe im in a mental tangle for so long or this could be a Small fiber neuropathy really?
