Default What's causing my fatigue please

Hi there, I used to be a gym bunny until a few years ago, then I had some major arthritis in my elbow anf a huge bone spur Was causing me agony so I was put on morphine at 400 mg a day and 3600 gabapentin and duloxatie at 60 mgs, since then I've had an op to remove the big spur and the elbow pain has subsided a fair bit, I've been dropping the meds down now and I'm down to 140 mg a day and 900 mg gabapentin, here's the problem, it's now as if I hve chronic fatigue, every 2 days or so I just crash flat out, I am very stressed all the time not only through the physique I've lost but the nerve pain from my ulner nerve, do I have to quit these meds totaly to feel as though I can so exercise even on a tread mill, is the sress of losing my hard earned body contributing , I'm at a loss , I don't want to go down in meds any more for extra pain. Respect for anyone willing to try and sort me out.
