Default help with med security please...

My med box broke and I'm having a hard time replacing it.I'm trying to find one that is about 6" by 4" but can be flexible on size. It was just nice to be able to slip it into my purse.

It had a combination lock that had numbers about 1/2" in diameter.

Any one have any ideas?

Thanks

I know Walmart has boxes like that. Not sure if they do where you are though. Staples or Office Max may have some too.
Good luck.

That is hard to find info on those -
Do you have a brand name for the one that broke?
maybe I can search on it that way.

so far here's a nextag listing of lockboxes-

Default thanks

Thanks for your replies.

I didn't think of Walmart, I'll check with them and the others.

I have 2 old boxes that I really like

I tried both names on the net and could find nothing

Safety Plus, Inc. and

MediSafe

What I'm really looking for is one with a combination if possible

Thanks again!

this is a tough one!

I found the Medi safe on a products site -but the site had a dead link
and all the follow up went nowhere for me..

I did find this so far - but probably larger safes/lockers than you are looking for.

If you can't find a similar box by simply shopping around locally (Target, Walmart, Sears) and can't find one which I would highly doubt. I recommend doing an easy Google search and a thousand places will come up you can buy one online from. Even with shipping, online will be your cheapest option.

I also recommend opening the lock box and screwing the bottom of the box to whatever wooden shelf you want to put it on. Two screws on the inside into the bottom of the box thru the shelf it sits on will insure at least no one will be able to lift it out and walk away with it.
