When I received this link the other day I didn't know what to expect, low and behold Pycnogenol for pain. I took Pyc for 1 yr in 1995 and got rid of allergies for starters. Then I went to Grape Seed Extract after the year due to costs.
Now I'm going back to Pyc and perhaps in the form of Pine Bark Extract which is a less $$$ product. But both made with Pine Bark. The Powerful Aspirin Alternative Your Doctor Never Told You About I will still take grape seed ex but adding 100mg Pyc and see if Pain lessens. Here is another good info link: Osteoarthritis Pain Reduced by Pycnogenol |
