Default Weird sensation when laughing

Hi folks,

I hope youre doing great. Im new here. I have not been able to find any answer to my concern and i thought i would join here to see if i can get some advice.

I have anxiety and i had episodes of panic attack but im not sure if it relates to this. whenever i laughed hard. I feel this weird sensation in my head.. Like a tingly/crawling/electrifying sensation like the same feeling that get when you get goosebumps And then its accompanied by a bit of a pressure.. Or weird feeling. Is there anyone who experience this? Or any advice? This started in april and .prior to that i had a nornal ct scan my ct scan which i did due to tension headaches..
