We had some nurses in the past with Thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS).. we have a TOS forum if you want to explore the sticky threads for more info..
https://www.neurotalk.org/thoracic-outlet-syndrome/

TOS can overlap/share with c spine sx..

Forward head posture?
Lots of awkward lifting & moving of pts can bring on TOS or similar strain issues.

Does MRI state any specific nerve is being impinged?

I'd ask for some expert PT and assessment by the PT.
MDs have conflicting thoughts (lack of experience) on TOS /TOS like conditions..
