Default Fear of Stomach Damage from NSAIDS? (Colostrum)

Wasn't sure where to place this since Pain is a huge issue on this Forum.

I have a fear of stomach issues and I do take low dose of Ibuprofen every 6 hrs but I do take them. Years ago I had a bad experience with a pharma drug for pain of OA issues and ended up in ER with stomach ulcer...so I'm so aware and cautious....

A friend brought Colostrum to my attention for stomach protection from NSAIDS....so as usual off and running to do my research and I found a lot of info.

Bovine colostrum is a health food supplement which prevents NSAID induced gut damage | Gut

And this info gave me reassurance for keeping gut healthy and things moving good.

Colostrum and the Fight Against IBS | Sovereign Laboratories

I endorse none but will say I just ordered my first bottle of Jarrow Prime and believe it will give me the protection I seek.

Do your research and work on living with reduced Pain.

And reading for info, Colostrum is endorsed for so much: Crohns, Colitis, IBS and it goes on and on...Just talked to my friend who let a surgeon operate on the Crohns she deals with and just wonder how much she did to try to help herself before heading for the surgeon's knife.

On Crohns:
