I am looking for doctor near Pittsburgh who isn't afraid to treat ... my doc is an opiophobic nightmare...keeps telling me to "hang in there" when I am becoming progressively more and more disabled by the daily assault of excruciating pain. I have a long history with pain going back nearly 30 years - I am almost 49. Have been dx'd with widespread severe degenerative disc disease and stenosis, arthritis, osteoporosis, etc. - I hate even dragging out the litany of what's wrong. I am defined by this pain - most of the time I feel like someone has smashed my back in a car door.
I was on the other forum for over 2 years with a different name - every now and then I toss out a thread hoping to find some help. I seem to like this forum a little better than the other one - it has that cozy sense of familiarity but with a breath of fresh air and vibrancy. Last edited by Mcdom57; 10-03-2006 at 08:17 PM. |
