Im 28,and have had ms for almost a year now.
My sx are fatiuge, cog fog,but as kinda new sx is a zapping, burning feeling in my feet, sometimes its just in my toes, and then other times on the bottoms of my feet.

Default

It could be.....but I would go to a doc to be sure. Just to see if there is something else underlying.

Default Neuropathy?

Certainly sound like neuropathy. And with you already having MS I have seen where in order to confirm whether the symptoms are a result of a MS exacerbation neuropathy or a type of secondary neuropathy, an electromyogram (EMG) and nerve conduction study (NCS) should be made.
