Default pain

hello; I have never been involved in this talk communities before. But after reading your letter I had to reply. i have been dealing with chronic pain, depression and bipolar for many years. And it seams that one illness can sometimes affect the other or even all at once. When I read your letter it was like it came right out of my head. I have never really been able to explain or write my thoughts down. so i just wanted to thank you for doing it for me.
thanks and good luck catch

catch_1965, Welcome to Neuro Talk.

I hope you can relax and feel welcome to join in anywhere.

As for writting your thoughts down I keep a journal where I keep track of my pain. I don't write in it everyday just on the days that pain takes you away from activities you had planned on doing. You don't have to be a writer just talk about your feelings, your joys and sorrows. I like to go back and see how far I have come.

I hope that you can feel part of the Neuro Talk family.
