Default Pinched nerves at c5 c6 c7 1 year after fusion

Ater a year of pure missable pain a nero finally check and i have a pinched nerves at c5 c6 c7 right where the ortho did the fusion.
the nero shot the back of my skull with a injection and it has help the neck and head pain but not the shoulder.He said he can do this in another 3 weeks untill I have surgery.Dose anyone know what this is. I was so stunned about the news I didnt even have a minute to think.
