Default Aromatherapy-I forgot how much it helps.

One of my new doctors sells essential oils in her office, and it reminded me how much aromatherapy used to help me.
Some of my favorites are:

Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Sweet Orange, & Lemon.

I put some on a sweater I use when I am on my treadmill (seems to help distract me from the pain of walking), and some on a washcloth that I slip into my pillow.

Does anyone else get help from aromatherapy? And how do you use it?
