In Remembrance
|
One of my new doctors sells essential oils in her office, and it reminded me how much aromatherapy used to help me.
Some of my favorites are: Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Sweet Orange, & Lemon. I put some on a sweater I use when I am on my treadmill (seems to help distract me from the pain of walking), and some on a washcloth that I slip into my pillow. Does anyone else get help from aromatherapy? And how do you use it?
