I use a berb filled pain relief bag that can be used hot or cold. I just put it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds to obtain moist heat for my neck/shoulder.

Or I put it freezer for 2-3 hours for 20 minutes of relief for my forehead, sinus or eyes. My favorites are Chamomile and Serenity Blend.
