I did for one month. It is a type of antidepressant. It gave me stomach pain that would not resolve with time so I was discontinued from it. Probably just me as I am very sensitive to antidepressants.

Actually, a correction here. I was hospitalised for and currently suffer from gastroparesis and neuropathy (no diabetes). This event happened after I posted. I think that the belly pain was not due to the milnacipran hydrochloride but from the gastroparesis.
