You can apply online and the cards are mailed to you. There are some income requirements. They are...

- $30,000 for a single person
- $40,000 for a family of two
- $50,000 for a family of three
- $60,000 for a family of four
- $70,000 for a family of five

They offer discounts on alot of Rx's. Over 300 brand-name prescription products are included in the Together Rx Access™ Program.
With your Together Rx Access Card, you can save on brand-name prescription medicines and products for diabetes, high blood pressure, ADHD, depression, allergies, and many other conditions. Savings on generic drugs are also available and vary by pharmacy. The drug list is available 24hrs a day on the website which is nice.

They offer discounts on drugs like the ones listed below (per website today - currently):
