Default How do I change my mood?

When I click on "Change Mood" in the upper right hand corner under my profile name it just lists "No Mood" as the only choice is what might be a drop down menu.

But I see in some posts that some members are able to change and list theirs.

So...? What am I doing wrong?

I searched FAQ and some other areas on the forum and I can't find anything that addresses this issue.
