Default Where do we post about anxiety?

Just thought I would ask because looking over the board I don't see any forum for Anxiety. Is there a chance it could be added to Depression? Make it Depression & Anxiety? I have both and would post there.

I think the General Mental Health forum would work for a topic of Anxiety - and just title it as such.
Then it will catch attention to your topic for most replies.

You could use the Depression forum that same way also.

That is a good thought to add the Anxiety topic by name to one of those forums.

Thanks Chemar, I posted about it in the BiPolar forum when it was really bad, but it's not really a topic that should stay in BP because it can be a trigger for someone else and I feel bad about that. THank you for bringing it up to the staff here.

pam...what about in OCD until we can figure stuff out?

you can always put the tigger icon on the post. the main this is to post where you feel the most comfortable and where you can get the support.

Well I feel a lot better now that I got some news on the new place we're supposed to be moving into. I was about to post in depression but made a phone call and now I am not nearly as anxious. I think in BiPolar is where I am most comfortable, so I will just use the one thread I made before. Thanks Curious for the encouragement & support.

Default Pamster and bipolar

Hi Pamster,
I have anxiety and panic, and post in the bipolar too. My daughter was bipolar. There are so many supportive friends there. Many have anxiety panic disorder too. I am so at home. As stated, if it is a subject that may trigger then an icon to notify can be used.

Great support, and friends there.
Dianne

Thank you for posting Dianne, I really appreciate knowing that I am NOT alone in having BP and Anxiety/Panic. I definitely agree about using a trigger icon, I think having one of those is a real asset to the forums here. Thanks again for the validation, I really appreciate it.
