Hello.

Do PMs support (uploaded) file attachments?

I tried to PM someone and attach a pic (I do not wish to post it online anywhere) but I couldn't find a way to "attach/upload a file" as can be done with posts.

If I missed something would someone please clue me in... ?

To send a pic via PM, I think you need to post it somewhere (photobucket, flicker etc)and send the link or IMG code in the PM.

You can upload it to your album here on NT and make that album private. then you can still use the IMG code to send in the PM.

I didn't know about the private option on the albums here. I will check that out... and try linking to it see if that works.

it is good to know that some of the gears in my tinkerbrain are still working... i really thought maybe i'd missed something on the private messaging. you know the ol' "can't see something right in front of face" syndrome?

tested it,, sent you a pic of my dogs..
I used the IMG code part that shows under the photo.
