Hi Pamster I just wanted to tell you I love your web page! I actually put it in my "Favorites" I have MS and CP, and just seemed to relate closely to a lot of what you say. Oh, and I am in Tampa!

Oh yeah, yes, I do like it here

Thanks to Jena for pointing out Pamster's sites. I was very interested in her apnea and chronic pain pages. Just finished my THIRD sleep study, this time with a CPAP, and had NO apneas and NO snoring and finally went into deep sleep. Yay.

But, I originally came here to say, I love this place, I'm comfortable, and I hope it just keeps growing and growing.

Hey Doody So the CPAP works good for you?

My hubby got one last year for his apnea, and it worked so good, that he couldn't use it anymore! I know, sounds crazy, huh? Well, before getting it, he snored soooo much and soooo loud that he was always so very tired all the time, b/c he was not getting any real sleep (like REM). But, when he did get the CPAP, what it did was gave him so much deep sleep, he woke up after only 3 hours and was wide awake, and couldn't go back to sleep! What was he going to do at 2 or 3 am??

So, he went back to without using it, and I had my own room again! lol

He was somewhat overweight at the time, but has lost 90 lbs, and barely snores at all!

Indeed, I've found this place to be a kinder, gentler exchange of valuable information and community. Thank you all!
