Question chat rooms off limits????
I just tried to log into chat and was denied access. It says I was not registered. maybe I need to register with psych central? I used to be able to chat before but it looks different now so maybe things have changed. any advise would be appreciated.

You should be able to use the chat with your NT registration bizi?

I'll check with DocJohn and see what may be causing that.

Hmm, that's odd. Have you ensured you have cookies enabled? Tried using a different browser...?

What browser are you using when you got this error?

Yes, I did. I see that there are members in the rooms right now. Guess it doesn't matter as I rarely go on there now. I used to be on there quite a bit before it was changed.

Just tried it again and it says that it cannot find my membership records?

I just tried with Firefox and also IE, both worked, I was able to get into the lobby.

And you are logged in here when you tried to use the chat?
That is an odd message to be getting...

Yes, I'm logged in when I try to use the chat. Just tried it again. Same thing. It is a very odd message to be getting.
