Thinking of you MrsD during this Christmas season and hoping you can feel the love being expressed in this thread. You are so very missed here and prayers are being lifted on your behalf every day.

Thank you for being there for us, Mrs D. It isn’t the same without you but you have taught us to seek answers to the often very active and puzzling symptoms that we struggle with each day. Without you, we would all be worse off and I know everyone here appreciates you very much.

mrsD, I wondered if you might be interested in an update about my cats.

Recently they had their annual check-up and vaccinations. They hate their cat-cage; I got lots of bites and scratches, even with help from one of my neighbours, who drove me to the vets.

When we got there the vet showed me where the medical-grade disinfectant was and told me to use it liberally on my bites and scratches.

The check-ups were fine; their vital signs were all good. When they got home they spent a couple of days searching the house for cat-cages; they relaxed when they didn't find any.

Next year should be easier; the vet said that she will come to me (about 0.5 km) for their check-up.

As always, I think about you every day.
