That's just awesome. Not only that Doc John is quoted but that there is an article noting the great support from these kinds of communities. There are a lot of people who look at you like...."What? Isn't that dangerous to be involved with strangers?"

People at work are always amazed when they hear me say my vacation is to go an visit an online friend. They always warn me to be careful.

I wonder if I should have Mr. & Mrs. Alffe investigated before I go see them to make sure they aren't wanton pervs.

Be afraid....be very afraid! I have met some of the nicest people I'll ever know on line...only had one "iffy" experience but I've had those with some neighbors.

LOL! I only pull moi's ears because he is the one that really really needs them pulled. Unfortunatly he's decided that he kind of likes it so I'm trying to come with something new.

Doody is easy...she's like me, wants to take her bra off, get in her jammies and watch a movie! I may make her get in the hot tub with a mudslide or two.

Hee. Yes! No bras! Just swimwear, slippers and jammies. Well, I guess we gotta put on bras for the day trips so we don't scare anyone.

Thanks for the kind words, I love it when reporters do a story of this nature -- it really helps to emphasize the positive aspects of the Internet (which, all too often, don't get much attention or nearly as much airplay as the negative).

Best,
John
