Well, what a coincidence!
I'm rereading an old travel book by Eric Newby, called "What the Traveller Saw" and came across this, from the chapter "Morning of the World", Bali 1969: " 'Prohibited from Entry', warned the Indonesian Customs Excise Declaration form we filled in on the plane, 'Weapons, narcotics, phornography (without Special License)'. They needn't have worried. This was one of the places where no one needed phornography, with or without a license......" Well, what a coincidence  all the best. |
