People really react negatively to all caps.... sometimes with
angry responses.

I wonder if this is being blocked and is now just caps on the
first letter of each word?

That would make sense to me. I've seen horrible fights over
ALL CAPS.

edit--OOOPPPSSSS...my ALL CAPS WORKED.

As far as I can tell, this is functionality we've always had enabled to prevent shouting.

I can't say why it works sometimes and not others, sounds like a bug/feature to me! :)

Well, at least this solves a mystery for me. I've wondered why some people capitalize every word in their posts. I've thought, Boy, that's a lot of work and why do it? Now I see that they probably posted in all caps and the system "fixed" it.
