could you elaborate on when this occurs etc so we can try to troubleshoot

It happened when I posted in the OT word association game at 1:45 and it happened when I posted on the SOS forum...not sure about that time.
It hasn't happened since. Thanks.

it can happen if the submit button is double clicked or if your browser is refreshing when you are trying to post. it stops the forum from getting double threads. doesn't always catch it.

also if a post or thread is being coped and pasted, then posted fast.
