Not really losing but not gaining either. I need to add some physical activity and now that the temps are coming down I can get back to walking. So Red scarf ladies---when and where ...Sue

I can't believe my eyes, we're all dressed out to cheer! Of course I was sitting down to look at the forum and starting to cry. My shoulders and neck is hurting for the 5th day I think, and I started eating everything I could get my hanbds on again. I can't even make it through lunch! Seeing myself in my cheerleader dress was too funny. so maybe I want cry right now, maybe I will do something else. What I don't know, but crying I realize, want help. Maybe a big long scream will do it! screemmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm still hurts but at least I got some relief!

Oh slogo ((((((((((slogo)))))))))

I so know the need to eat ... when things are so upsetting, it helps.

I don't know if it works for everyone, but for me I can eat brown rice thirty five times a day... with all the goodness of cooking it with chicken and spices, and I don't gain a thing. I actually lose weight.

I ate just pounds and pounds of it during the worst of the stress, and I lost weight.

A woman who had been to my site years ago told me about it. She had fibro, and she had found this site about it and tried it and was amazed. She told me about it and I tried it and was amazed.

I don't know if it works for everyone, but for me brown rice is magic. I have some on the stove now.

It's got B vitamins in it, which I think is why it is often recommended in the old articles about pernicious anemia.

you might try it. It's really good for sopping up stress. And it tastes great ...

I get the sticky short grain because it is the most comforting to eat for me...

(((((((((Slogo))))))))))
