there is a thread in social chat for you to post when you are going into chat.

people have subcribed to the thread. if they are able, then they will meet you in chat.

not everyone reads cff. or other boards beside their "home" boards. social chat is central meeting kind of place.

i hope this help you meet up with more chatters.
