Default How do I find out what kind of video card I have?

Someone just told me that the kind of video card I have, well it has some kind of ram, and they asked me what kind of video card I have.

I have absolutely no idea how to find out or WHERE on my computer, one would find out what kind of video card.

Please let me know,
Thanks much, Melody
