Default photo editing question

My system is windows 7 & I can enlarge & other things BUT; when I try to print my pictures they are always original sizes that are printed. The pic I want printed is like 2" by 3" & I want to enlarge it to like 5" by 7" or even 4" by 6". I tried photobucket & microsoft product that is in windows 7. But either I'm dumb or just can't do (maybe both). Thanks for any info.

I thank Jesus for the time that I did have with Troy & Tim.

I really like using Picasa by Google to enhance photos as well as printing them.
The print option will take you to a page where you can select the size you want printed out singles or multiples per page. or you can adjust it for custom sizes.
