Okay, I am now thoroughly confused.
On the bottom right of my screen there is thing that looks like an emblem that when I click on it, Windows Security Center comes up and it indicates my automatic settings are OFF. When I try to turn it on, it tells me 'We cannot turn on Windows Updates for you, you have to do it manually so go to control panel, click on System, and do it manually. So I go to Control Panel, find the System thing, click on Automatic Updates, and right in front of me, it shows that I have automatic updates and it is set to automatically download and install them. And I click on OK. I then go to my security center and it's still OFF. So what the heck do I do? Thanks much Melody
