I've had DSL with AT&T for several years and have no complaints. I'm getting a download speed of 1445 Kbps right now. When I had dialup I was getting 5 Kbps.

I upgraded my plan several moths ago and when I wasn't happy with it they put me back to where I was to begin with and gave a a $20 Rewards card to my trouble. The few times I've had to call about a bill have always been handled to my satisfaction, I've never had an occasion where I had to call tech support.
