Question Nvidia fx540 video card

Hi....Before i was use xp......that time my video card(Nvidia fx540) was working fine.......but now 'm using windows7....and its not working....there is a one message on video card properties "Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35)" How can i solve this.......
