Default The switch to Google Chrome

In the last two day's,I switched to Google Chrome. When I clicked on the internet with e,my browser became very slow. The problem is now I don't see my small picture on my posts. All that I see is a large square with 3 colors in the center of the box.

Everybody see's my picture, but I don't. Is there a way to fix this? I'm working with about a 9 year old dell computer. Brokenfriend
