Laugh Basic HTML How-To Guide

Hey all, I got motivated today and coded up a cool addition for my site I hoep you'll check out if you've ever wanted to make your own site and are afraid of it being too hard, check out this page:

http://www.cyber-soup.com/HTMLhowto.shtml

I think it will help you to make a basic page with images and even an embedded link with an image, or have an 'email you' link and it's so easy! Don't be afraid of HTML, it's a lot like the BbCodes used on the board here only using < & > instead of [ & ] so let me know what you think, also if you have any HTML questions I will try to answer them. I made my entire site using only Notepad and my brain, and so can you!

I'll gladly offer my help Curious! I am really glad that you found it useful, the problem with many tutorials is that they are too techincal, I hope I made it easy, I might come up with more in the future based on the kind of questions people ask. Thanks for the awesome feedback, you made my DAY!

*blush* aw, thanks Chemar, I have had a long time to work on it over the years...LOL! I have wanted to add the HTML How-To guide for close to eight years, ever sine I first started learning HTML because once I got my head around it I knew it was easy and that I could probably help inspire others to make their own webpages if I could find time to make a basic guide. For some reason I was totally inspired yesterday and able to get it done in one sitting.

Whenever you're ready I will be here befuddled2, no rush. It's not like the web is going anywhere. I am thinking of making a second How-To only focusing on something more advanced like Meta Tags, which are what the search engines look for to index pages by. I think it would be a nice addition to the site just as this first How-To was.

My next page will be on sleep apnea though, after I get the results of my sleep study I will be making it.
