All web browsers(Firefox, Chrome, IE etc) have some kind of "History" icon on a toolbar above. If not try to hit the Control & H key at the same time- should open a History sidebar. There you should be able to find recently visited websites...unless the browsing history has been cleared.

You could just google "hotmail" and go to the site and log-in.
