Default I am not getting any email notifications from this forum

I just only now found out that I had two private messages. I don't know if I did something to re-set something that opted me out of receiving notifications when someone replies to a post or sends me a private message.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to set this up again?

Much thanks,

Melody

P.S. I just looked down at the bottom and the option indicates I have chosen "Instant Email Notification".
So what's happening?

Have you changed your email address?

They could be going into spam? Did you look there?

You may want to check your spam box Melody as that can sometimes be where notifications go, even when they are usually sent to your inbox. I go through my spam box every few days to be sure no legit mail stays there as I frequently find stuff from senders that I want to hear from! and that have accidentally been tagged spam

I know I am getting all of mine ..... and I think other members are too?

I clicked on the link that Chemar provided (when one wants a new pw). I followed the prompts. I was SUPPOSED to get an email from this website. Never got it. I get everyone else's email. I wonder what is going on??

Only other thing I can think of is below. You've probably checked there already though by the sound of it.

Go to

User CP

Settings and Options

Edit Options

Messaging & Notification

Private Messaging

CHECK the box where it says

The forum can send a message to your email address to inform you when someone sends you a private message.

It sounds like it could just be a glitch. Have you tried logging out, powering down your computer (or at least restarting it) and then logging back in?
