there is something in essential oil of rosemary that wakes up your brain makes it easier to learn and retain things :)

I have Firefox on my Tablet, but I am stuck on my phone at the moment - the pain is too great to manipulate anything else. I'll check it out when I can.

Hi Mari,

Your concern means a great deal to me. The neck and referred pain just will not ease unless I lay flat on my back - and that is no way to live, life is hard enough as it is.

At least I can spend a little time here, pumped full of my pain meds. I am just down that I cannot contribute fully now.

Unfortunately, I know only too well the pain that can overcome us. I took a little "time out" as needed.
